- Ideal Achievements: Influencers presented their physical accomplishments based on outlined ideals, portraying them in a striking manner.
- Visual Emphasis: Influencers, often in branded sportswear, were central figures in their images, promoting a visual focus on their bodies.
- Body Image: Almost 90% of their posts featured at least one exposed body part, emphasizing a standardized body image.
- Muscle Display: Exposed skin often showcased pronounced musculature, especially in the arm area and core muscles.
- Achieving Ideal: Muscle growth was closely linked to a low body fat percentage, which required controlled diet and daily strength training.
- Visual Success: Fitness success was measured primarily by appearance, not physical performance.
- Brand Promotion: Many posts (71%) included at least one brand, with 88% related to diet and exercise, and 90% directly naming and linking brands.
- Segments: Nutrition-related brands were categorized into 15 segments, with food supplements being the most advertised (75%), and sportswear making up 80% of the exercise-related brands
- Advertising Label: Only half of the posts with integrated trademarks were explicitly labeled as advertising.

They presented the brands and products in a positive and appealing way, highlighting their advantages and benefits. They also expressed their personal affinity and preference for these brands and products, creating a sense of identification and trust with their followers. They embedded trademarks in their images and image captions, without any clear disclosure or labeling, implying a subtle endorsement or recommendation.
